Bedebrooke Property Sales & Lettings is a family run estate agents who had been successfully selling property in the Seaham area for a number of years. However the owners felt a new brand and visual identity was required, to better compete against other estate agents in the area and expand their business. 

I worked closely with Phil and Kev to distinguish what they required from their new branding and created something more professional and that better reflected them as a family business. The identity is bright and fun yet simple and professional.
